Delivery & Pick-up Terms


Delivery: Delivery is from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily in two hour windows. Customer understands and agrees that inclement weather, road construction, and traffic conditions are beyond our control, and can affect the delivery time. They further understand and agree that we cannot make more than one delivery attempt, and that we'll discreetly leave their order outside the door at the address provided if no one is available to accept the order.

Pick-up: It's our company policy that all our employees show customers their orders at time of pick-up. Staff are fully trained in carefully placing orders in our gift boxes and bags. Customer understands and agrees that cupcakes are inherently fragile and that we cannot be held responsible for their condition once they leave our premises. They further understand and agree with our company's "no refund" policy in this regard and that we cannot reimburse customers for cupcakes we have not damaged. Customers are encouraged to handle their cupcakes with as much care as possible.
