The Cupcake Lounge is an Ottawa-based retail bakery specializing in cupcakes. We offer all-natural, gourmet cupcakes baked fresh daily, made from the finest ingredients, and iced by hand with a spatula not piped; no artificial flavors, lard, or preservatives. We have two Ottawa-area stores, one in the heart of the Byward Market at 6 Byward Market Square near Byward Market Square and Clarence and the other in Westboro at 324 Richmond Rd, close to Churchill.
Excellent service and great quality cupcakes overall! I had placed a large custom order for an event in my workplace last year. The manager/owner of the store was very receptive to my request and even delivered the cupcakes (given the size of the order # of cupcakes) in time. Highly professional and timely processing and preparation of the order. Would highly recommend this store.

We brought our friend's kids here for a treat- they loved it. Cupcakes were fresh, we loved the icing (not hard, nice and soft). We tried the egg nog, chocolate vanilla, Oreo and vegan chocolate - all top notch.
Mouth watering place. It is very difficult to decide flavors for cupcakes because all are delicious. I been here many time and every time got warm welcome and good customer service. They have 6 cupcakes box option which you can customize as per your choice. This is perfect for small sweet gift.
