The Cupcake Lounge is an Ottawa-based retail bakery specializing in cupcakes. We offer all-natural, gourmet cupcakes baked fresh daily, made from the finest ingredients, and iced by hand with a spatula; no artificial flavors, lard, or preservatives included. We have a store front located in Westboro, at 324 Richmond Rd, close to Churchill and can be found on Uber Eats and Too Good To Go (we love to minimize waste where possible!).
In-store pickup and local delivery are available 7 days a week!
Excellent service and great quality cupcakes overall! I had placed a large custom order for an event in my workplace last year. The manager/owner of the store was very receptive to my request and even delivered the cupcakes (given the size of the order # of cupcakes) in time. Highly professional and timely processing and preparation of the order. Would highly recommend this store.

We brought our friend's kids here for a treat- they loved it. Cupcakes were fresh, we loved the icing (not hard, nice and soft). We tried the egg nog, chocolate vanilla, Oreo and vegan chocolate - all top notch.
Mouth watering place. It is very difficult to decide flavors for cupcakes because all are delicious. I been here many time and every time got warm welcome and good customer service. They have 6 cupcakes box option which you can customize as per your choice. This is perfect for small sweet gift.
Great cupcake shop in a great area. Their cupcakes are the best in town and they also have a variety of other cakes and pastries. Everything is delicious!
